What Happens in a Marketing System Intensive (Honest Look Inside)

A Marketing System Intensive is a four week engagement where I work directly with you to turn scattered marketing into a structured system. You get four things by the end: a positioning and messaging framework that sounds like you, a clear picture of how your offers should be packaged and sold, a lead generation strategy built for your business instead of borrowed from someone else's, and a 90 day roadmap that tells you exactly what to do next. It costs $5,500, flat, no surprises added later. If you have already done a Clarity Audit with me, that fee is credited toward this one.

That is the short answer. Here is what actually happens week to week, because I think you deserve to know what you are paying for before you pay for it.

Week One: Clarify the Message

Most founders come to me with marketing that sounds like everyone else in their industry. Same words, same claims, same vague promises about quality and service. Week one is where I find out what makes you different and put it into language that actually sounds like you said it, not language a template generated.

I ask questions most people do not ask in a typical strategy call. Not just what you do, but why clients choose you over the firm down the street, what you believe about your work that competitors do not say out loud, and where your current messaging is quietly working against you. By the end of the week, you have a positioning statement and a messaging framework you can hand to anyone writing copy for you, from your website to your next LinkedIn post.

Week Two: Structure the Offers

A lot of service businesses have offers that grew organically and never got cleaned up. You have three versions of the same service with different names, or a signature offer buried under a list of add-ons nobody asks for. Week two is where I look at what you actually sell and figure out what to simplify, what to cut, and what to package differently so prospects can understand your offer in under thirty seconds.

This part surprises people. It is rarely about adding something new. It is almost always about removing the noise around what is already working.

Week Three: Build the Lead Generation Strategy

This is where structure meets action. I map out how leads should actually reach you, whether that is your website, LinkedIn, referrals, or a combination, and I build a plan that connects those channels instead of leaving them to operate on their own. Referrals are a result, not a strategy. If referrals are your entire lead generation plan right now, week three is where that changes.

I also look at where your current lead flow breaks down. Most founders lose people somewhere between "interested" and "booked a call," and that gap usually has an identifiable cause once you know where to look.

Week Four: Build the 90 Day Roadmap

The last week turns everything from the first three weeks into a roadmap you can actually run. You get a priority action plan that tells you what to do first, second, and third over the next ninety days, plus a strategic recommendations document that explains the reasoning behind each move. This is not a fifty page report you read once and file away. It is built to be used.

You leave the Intensive with clear direction, a repeatable structure, and a plan that does not depend on figuring out marketing from scratch every quarter.

What You Do Not Get

I want to be honest about this part too. A Marketing System Intensive is not content creation, ad management, or a done for you marketing department. It does not matter where your leads come from right now. It matters where your marketing system is taking you next, and that is a strategy question before it is an execution question. If you need the strategy built into your website and channels after the Intensive, that is a separate phase called the Growth System Build, and it exists because execution should only happen once the structure is right, not before.

Who This Is For

This works best for founder led service businesses that are past the early scramble stage. You have clients, you have a track record, and you are tired of marketing that feels reactive. Scattered marketing is a structure problem, not a motivation problem, and most founders in this position do not need more tactics. They need someone to build the structure underneath the tactics they already have.

If that sounds like where you are, read more about what a marketing system actually is before you decide whether an Intensive is the right next step. It will give you the full context behind why structure comes before scale.

Ready to See Where You Stand

Before jumping into a four week engagement, most people start with a Clarity Audit, a focused sixty minute session where I identify what is working, what is not, and what to fix first. It gives you a clear read on your marketing without committing to the full Intensive, and if you decide to move forward afterward, the fee is credited toward the Intensive cost.
