Welcome to Kaleidoscope Marketing & Design

Most founder-led businesses already have the essential pieces: a website, a LinkedIn presence, a referral network, expertise, and a story worth telling.

What they often lack is a clear marketing system that makes those pieces work together.

That is the problem Kaleidoscope Marketing & Design was created to solve.

The name comes from the kaleidoscope itself. It takes small, scattered fragments and arranges them into something clear, cohesive, and purposeful. I do the same for my clients. I take the marketing assets, ideas, and relationships you already have and organize them into a practical system designed to attract qualified leads consistently, not only when someone happens to send a referral.

I work with founder-led professional service businesses in Venice, Sarasota, and beyond to clarify their message, strengthen their brand, and build a marketing system that supports sustainable growth.

About Kelly Wensley, Founder

I have spent more than 20 years leading marketing across financial services, nonprofit organizations, luxury retail, and publishing.

I also understand what it means to rebuild.

After losing the structure and financial security of my former life, I raised three children on my own, took on marketing work wherever I could find it, and rebuilt my career and life from the ground up before eventually making Florida home.

That experience shaped the way I work today.

When you are operating in survival mode, it is difficult to think beyond the next urgent task. Many founders are running their businesses the same way I was once running my life: reacting, improvising, and doing whatever needs to be done next without a clear structure underneath it.

I am not here to take over your marketing or make your business sound like everyone else.

I am here to help you build a clear, sustainable marketing system that attracts the right clients, supports consistent growth, and still sounds like you.
