Most founders I work with don't have a marketing problem. They have a clarity problem. The experience is real, the work is good, but the marketing is scattered, reactive, and too dependent on whoever referred you last.

I've spent 20+ years leading marketing across financial services, nonprofits, luxury retail, and publishing. I've built the systems, run the campaigns, and learned what actually moves the needle. I started Kaleidoscope because I kept seeing the same gap: capable founders with no marketing structure and no clear path to building one.
